About Data Support Specialist

As a data support specialist, you are responsible for handling emails/chats regarding product information and possible customer complaints. You will be providing the best solution based on the details provided by our customers.

Basic Qualifications

Preferably with a College/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling an e-commerce account.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be a quick learner.
